Pierluigi Pasi has spent part of his career working for the judicial system in Cantone Ticino and for the Confederation, as a Judge, Public Prosecutor and head of administrative bodies. Specifically he offers counselling and advocacy in relation to criminal proceedings and procedures of international legal assistance conducted by cantonal and federal authorities, of administrative procedures in general and legal advices in matters of anti-laundering diligence, anti-corruption and compliance.
