We advise clients on all issues of compliance (with particular reference to distribution agreements) and in relation to their business practices under current Swiss and EU Competition Law.
We further assist companies in identifying and dealing with matters of unfair competition in connection with their marketing and pricing policy and, in general, with their business behaviors. Further, we represent clients both in pre-contentious negotiations as well as in the various stages of litigation with contractual partners and competitors.
