We are glad to inform that Morys Cavadini (Attorney-at-law and LL.M. International Business Law), Partner of BMA, has been appointed as teacher for the CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in Compliance Management organized by the “Centro di Studi Bancari”, Vezia, together with the “Centre de Droit Bancaire et Financier” of the faculty of Law of the University of Geneva. The CAS is an academic continuing education in the field of the Compliance Management with an academic certificate recognized by the Swiss Financial Market.

Morys Cavadini is head of the banking & financial markets department by BMA. He specializes in all aspects of financial and banking law, and also represents financial intermediaries and their customers before Swiss courts and supervisory authorities. He is also active in arbitration.
