As from January 1st, 2009 our firm has undergone a complete reorganization which, among other, foresees that the public notary activity is being operated by a separate entity. The public notary services are now carried out in a legally and economically independent way from our traditional legal assistance business.

Most of our public notaries are also providing legal services within the context of BMA Brunoni Mottis & Associati Studio legale SA. The increased complexity and the precise formalities of notary transactions and public deeds have lead us to reconfirm our traditional choice of specialization also for the public notary activities. Consequently, one of our notaries is exclusively and full time dedicated to drafting and publicising of public deeds, to dealing with the Commercial and Land Registry as well as with other competent authorities and in general to ensuring the full and continuous compliance of the notarial acts made for our clients with the evolution of the laws and all applicable rules.

We strongly believe that this allows us to meet in a very timely and efficient manner all of the needs of our clients, since we have the time and the structure to select the most appropriate solution even to complex and unusual problems.
